Primary Responsibilities
- Check Construction Work – Watch daily site work and inform the Project Engineer/Manager about progress.
- Monitor Installation of Services – Make sure water, electricity, firefighting, HVAC, medical gas storage, security, and networking systems are installed properly.
- Test and Approve Systems – Check if all systems work correctly after installation.
- Keep Records – Maintain site diaries, test results, and compliance reports.
- Follow Contract Rules – Ensure that everything installed matches the agreement.

- Inspect the Site – Check if the contractor’s work is correct and matches the layout.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- A Civil Engineering degree is required with 8+ years of site experience, OR
- A Civil Engineering diploma is needed with 12+ years of site experience.
- Work experience in hospital, hotel, or institutional building projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of building renovation and repairs is considered an advantage.
